Order changes
Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once an order enters fulfillment, changes or cancellation may not be possible.
Returns
To protect hygiene and product integrity, worn, applied, opened or altered nail sets are final sale. For an unused, unopened item, contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery with your order number and reason for return. Return authorization is required before shipping anything back; approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
